We can accept one more proposal for November

Currently we are preparing for the premiere Atlanta Jupyter User Group Meeting on November 11, 2017 at Georgia Tech Research Institute from 9am to 1pm. We currently have a Call for Participation out and encourage anyone to submit their work as long as Project Jupyter plays a role.
